Disc Golf, Basketball & Exercise Stations
For a quick workout or a casual game, the park has a six-hole disc golf course, basketball courts, exercise stations and a senior outdoor exercise area, all free and close to the walking loop.
What's here
- A six-hole disc golf course.
- Basketball courts.
- Exercise stations.
- A senior outdoor exercise area.
Good to know
Everything here is free and first come, first served during park hours, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bring your own discs and basketball.
Disc golf
The six-hole course is a short, friendly introduction to disc golf, good for kids and first-timers or for a quick practice round. Play it twice for a 12-hole round. If you're new, a midrange disc or a putter is all you need.
Basketball
The outdoor basketball courts are free to use for pickup games. Bring your own ball and water.
Exercise stations and the senior area
Exercise stations around the park add strength moves to a walk on the loop, and a senior outdoor exercise area offers gentle equipment for balance and mobility. Kids often try the equipment too; keep an eye on younger ones.
Tips
In summer, play in the morning or after 6 p.m., when the heat eases. Combine a few disc golf holes and an exercise-station circuit with a lap of the lake loop for a full workout.
